Black Ice, West Hawk Lake - Aluminum
On a cold & windy day fishing on West Hawk Lake, I took a break to explore the area & random islands around. Have you ever heard ice crack while standing in the middle of a lake? It's both exciting and terrifying. I was mesmerized by the bubbles that formed while the ice cracked from the harsh conditions. Reverting the colours on these bubbles and cracks provided a unique conceptual display that is nearly impossible to look away from.
This 16X24 Print is printed on 3mm, Matte White Aluminum and framed with a float mount with the artist's signature on the back.
