To start the process, fill out the enquiry form through my site & let me know when you want to book your complimentary discovery call. Once I receive your submission, I will send you an email, including my rates and an Editing Guide, that goes over everything you need to know about my editing services. We will also confirm your scheduled discovery call. During our call, we will discuss your goals, editing preferences, and schedule & go over any questions you may have about the process.

TRial month
After our call, we will both decide whether we want to move forward with working together - There is no pressure! If we choose to proceed throughout the first month of working together, a discount will be applied to all catalogues you send to edit. This month is a crucial step in your outsourcing journey, and I encourage you to send as many catalogues as possible during this time. It will help me gain a better understanding of your specific editing preferences and allow you to assess my skills and expertise without any long-term commitments. If you change your mind about working together during the discounted month, you can cancel production at any time. No strings attatched.

creating your catalogues
When creating your Lightroom Catalogue, I'll ask that you import your images as Smart Previews. Creating Smart Previews helps with storage space when transferring your catalogue. It also allows me to edit all your beautiful photos without any RAW files. Don't worry. I provide a step-by-step guide that helps make this process super simple! I'll also ask that you edit a small batch of anchor images within the catalogue that covers each lighting scenario throughout the day. These pre-edited images will act as a guide to help me match your unique editing style while keeping your gallery consistent. Next is to upload your Lightroom Catalogue to our agreed-upon sharing platform.

download & celebrate
Once I finish editing your images, I will send you a link to download your completed catalogue. Once you have downloaded your catalogue, re-sync your RAW files with the catalogue & export your beautifully edited images to start sharing them with your clients!
Congratulations on successfully sending your first catalogue! The last thing to do is to add all your upcoming scheduled sessions into our shared workflow sheet that you can update throughout the year so you can start focusing on what matters most while I take care of the rest.
You can relax knowing that your photos will look perfect down to the finest detail and be completed with the utmost haste! With me on board, you can focus on what you enjoy the most while I do what I do best!
